Who am I

Hi,

I'm Julia, an autistic advocate and Life Skills Coach based in Vancouver, BC. After being diagnosed with autism at 27, I discovered a passion for coaching within our community. Supporting and connecting with fellow autistic folk is incredibly rewarding, and I love raising awareness and teaching practical support strategies to those new to neurodiversity. Join me on my podcast and social media channels, where I share my work and connect with our wonderful community.

When I'm not immersed in my coaching practice, you can find me at the Pacific Autism Family Network, where I connect clients with inclusive employers, and facilitate the employment readiness program. I am the Founder of Weird and Wonderful a monthly Meetup for neurodiverse individuals. I also collaborate with AIDE Canada to deliver Autism Awareness Training at the Vancouver Airport. I also have the joy of Peer-facilitating the Dating Support Group with Canucks Autism Network.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. My hobbies include drawing mandalas, reading, tarot, tending to my houseplants, outdoor water swimming, hot yoga, and strength training.
